Unite the United and the Vans Warped Tour volunteers will be presented with a service award from the Lieutenant Governor of Louisiana for our post hurricane clean-up efforts in Southwest Louisiana last summer.
Thanks to all of the hard work from the Unite the United crew who have worked so hard out on Warped Tour this summer!! Unite the United and the Vans Warped Tour have teamed up with Books For America and collected more than 1,100 books to help provide books for inner city kids, schools, preschools, libraries, and retirement homes who may not otherwise have access to them. Most of all we want to thank each of you who brought your old books for others to enjoy! You have truly made a difference!
Please check out www.booksforamerica.org for more details and some examples of how your donations will be handled.
Join the movement to support Unite the United every time you search the Internet by using GoodSearch.com!
You use GoodSearch.com exactly as you would any other search engine, but each time you do, they make a donation to Unite the United. It doesn’t cost you a thing! Just 10,000 of us searching four times a day (as we all already do!) will raise more than $140,000 in a year. We have set a goal of trying to reach $10,000 by the end of the tour. So spread the word!
