To Benefit My Friend’s Place Charity

Mission Viejo Country Club Monday January 25, 2010

Los Angeles – Music Industry vets, Kevin Lyman (Vans Warped Tour, Rockstar Taste Of Chaos, Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival) and John Reese (Freeze Management, Rockstar Taste Of Chaos, Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival, Ding Life), along with their industry and celebrity friends are putting together a fun-filled day of golf and a night of cocktails, music and casino gaming for fantastic prizes all while raising money for Unite The United & My Friend’s Place Charities. This year’s event will take place Monday January 25th at the beautiful, Mission Viejo Country Club.

This exciting day will kick-off with all registered players receiving an exclusive player gift bag filled with tons of goodies from participating sponsors followed by a putting contest and shotgun start beginning at noon. Lunch will be provided by the legendary Wahoo’s and beverages will be plentiful all day thanks to our generous beverage sponsors including Jagermeister. The evening’s festivities, will begin with an awards ceremony, presented by Vans for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams plus unique trophies like, “Best Dressed” won previously by none-other than No Doubt’s, Adrian Young. Dinner will follow, catered by TaDa! Catering, and topped off by a night of cocktails and a Casino Night for fantastic prizes.

About My Friend’s Place Foundation:

Founded in 1988, My Friend's Place is a nonprofit Resource Center offering a comprehensive continuum of care that includes free emergency resources such as food and clothing in combination with health, educational, and therapeutic services to over 1,800 homeless youth and their children each year.
